Processing & Handling Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Our Carriers We ship with trusted carriers including UPS and Correos. The available carrier options for your order will be shown at checkout.
International Orders — Customs & Duties For orders shipped outside of Spain, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
